Review: Bob the Destroyer of Leads

Bob the Destroyer of Leads Bob the Destroyer of Leads by Sue Brown
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

So Will and Lawrence meet in the worst possible way with Bob getting hit by the car. But we see these two men connect and Lawrence is kind enough and strong enough to keep fighting for what he hopes to be a great future for both of them. I love the fact that not only does Will end up with a wonderful new relationship but he also learns to expand his world and make new friends. And best of all Bob will go on to destroy more leads and I suspect Lawrence's patiences as well.

Review: Red River

Red River Red River by Cardeno C.
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This shifter story has some really different elements. We have a shifter who is unable to tell that he is in the presence of his mate. We have shifter packs with really different belief systems. And we have the ability of special males to give birth. All of these different elements roll into one drama filled story as two men have to overcome a lot of ingrained feelings to get their relationship on track.

Review: Telling the Truth

Telling the Truth Telling the Truth by Lee Brazil
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This story shows that there are many ways to love and building a life sometimes means having to deal with lots of family stuff too. It is always interesting to see strong personalities battle it out with each other and with themselves as well.

Review: Easy Evenings

Easy Evenings Easy Evenings by Mary Calmes
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Lazlo has been living a double life and has seemed unwilling to make a change. But in this installment in the Mangrove Stories series we finally get to learn all of Lazlo's secrets. Of course the biggest surprise is a secret not even Laz was aware of. I thought the speed of which we went from restraining order to moving in was a bit fast. But all in all this is a sweet love story of two people finding each other and a new life.

Review: Bondage

Bondage Bondage by Sean Michael
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Gage is so good at giving Davey what he needs. He is also strong enough to move as slowly as Davey needs to overcome a block. We also see Davey being strong enough to let Gage push him. This is a beautiful story.

Review: Duke in Hiding

Duke in Hiding Duke in Hiding by M.J. O'Shea
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This story is a classic romantic story. Theo is falling for the new guy in town. But while Heath is honest about his growing feelings there is a lot more he hasn't shared. It all gets a very dramatic reveal that leaves Theo reeling. But sometimes love makes the extraordinary normal and makes the ordinary even better.

Review: Crystal's Calamity

Crystal's Calamity Crystal's Calamity by Stevie MacFarlane
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A new gem has arrived for the Red Petticoat series and Crystal comes with a whole lot of baggage. She's determined on finding justice and stubborn enough to do it all by herself. Jasper is well to do and seems to enjoy his gambler life. But this new gem is throwing him off his game as the little spitfire keeps throwing him for a loop.

We get to see that despite it all Crystal is loyal and is truly a kind and generous person who isn't going to take things out on the wrong person. But she is determined to do things her way and keeping her mouth shut about what she's up to.

But justice will be served and there are plenty of surprises for everyone in store. This was so much fin to read as you watched both characters jump to conclusions, dig in their heels, and figure out the best way to move ahead.
