His Boys to Protect (Wine Country Daddies)His Boys to Protect by G.R. Lyons
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This wine country daddies story really packs an emotional punch. There are so many deep rooted fears that cause these men to almost loose everything. There are a couple of really dramatic scenes so have those tissues handy.

The vibe for this addition the series is different. There isn’t really a challenge from outside pressure but is their own struggles to trust their feeling and each other. And while her role is small Lily is a great addition to the story. Received ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I really enjoyed Dominic and Flint’s story. Flint is so strong that he is willing to fight for Dominic. I like how Dominic is almost confused at first. I also like seeing some of our friends from other books in the series.

Billy has been burned which causes him to withdraw. I like how Rocklan was able to catch a peek at the boy underneath. I also liked the concept that both men helped each other be better men.

I love this incredibly rich background story to the rest of the series. Random bits and pieces continue to develop and make sense. Soren is such a strong man and my heart is breaking for him. I can’t wait to read part 2.

I really feel not just for Nigel but for his mom as well. His boss seemed to be a good guy too. I love the chance meeting where they already felt a connection before the event even started. The ending is great and really points to a new beginning.

Each time we peel back a layer in this series you discover there is even more. I like the building of the relationship between Damon and Cain. There also some interesting dynamics with other family members on both sides as well. It will be interesting to see what comes next.

I love this next book in the series. All four men are really building a life together in special ways. Of course with Bryan you always get a splash of humor. I really like the special moments between Maddox and Jeremy. Another great story.
