Dr. Kim is feeling totally out of sorts. He didn't get the job he went so he decides on impulse to take a vacation. He should have learned his lesson about impulse. But hooking up with Shane seemed like fun. They face a crisis and then head home. But Shane decides he wants more and Dr. Kim finds out it's time to make some decisions about life.
