This story is full of both main characters re-exam their lives. Joyce has a plan to reinvent herself. I love how Shane is really supportive when he understood what was happening. I really love how Shane grew and his willingness to share his idea. Can’t wait for a new Honky Tonk series. #CMCon25

This story took a bit for me to read though as it is very intense. This was not the 2nd chance romance I was expecting. This is a murder mystery that hasn’t been solved and new threats. While there is romance between Joe and Hallie it is so much more. #CMCon25

Nick and Leo have a pretty ordinary start as Leo is helping Nick develop his website. Then Leo decides to try the match making app. From there it is one strange event after another. I like seeing how both Nick and Leo have to come to understand their own feelings. I also like the peek at the rest of the town. This is a sweet romance that is about learning to trust your heart. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Mae is using her business sense to create even more excitement at Happy Trails. I like that she is getting noticed for more than solving crime. As she takes more responsibilities in the community will it widen her chances for finding murder. #CMCon25

This is a short story with instant attraction. I loved the idea of how they each got pushed into using the app. The epilogue was a great wrap up to the story. The only thing that was a bit much was how quickly and how often they were having sex. But the story overall was great. #CMCon25

Dash is still trying to get his life figured out. Then he has to deal with his ex-boyfriend. Things are murky and complicated. He need to solve a murder, figure out what’s up with Deputy Bob, and be honest about how he ended up living on the cliff. It is a lot to sort and I love the humor and Dah’s mental wanderings. #CMCon25

Roman is such a a lovable grouch. I like how its isn’t just Elias who bugs him to join the world but Jim as well. Elias is sweet and adorable. They way these tow blend together is special. I like seeing Roman work and why he made the choices he did. And don’t forget to grab the bonus scene for an extra dose of sweetness. I received an ARC in exchange for a honest review.

Terrance is so much fun. I love how not only Enzo is noticing him but how the cousins also enjoyed trying to figure him out. Enzo was such a sneaky Secret Santa. This is a great low angst happy holiday story. PS - I hope we get to see Leander and the cousins again.

Emery is such a sweet young man that is caught up in a wonderful and dangerous situation. I love the way Cory wants to care for Emery but knows he has things to learn. I like all the wonderful facts that are revealed about Emery and his mom. And Sam is quite the character.

The story opens with a dramatic dog filled intervention. It is also a turning point in Milo’s life. It was wonderful to see his journey past all the negative words he had been fed for years. This book has an amazing cast of characters who are coming together to care for each other in many ways. This is powerful story of healing from your past. #CMCon25

Lorne is taken on such an emotional journey throughout the story. I wanted to cry for him more than once. Jonathan has his own emotional baggage as we come to find out. Both are being so careful to protect themselves that they are almost lost to each other. And man Jonathan’s ex is real piece of work. #CMCon25
