Troy is coming to surprise his sister Traci for her birthday but Troy's the one who ends up with a bunch of surprises. He feels drawn to Hallie but there is so much past that needs to be dealt with. The big thing they need to learn is to fully communicate. Now that they are getting it together I want Traci to have a turn.
