Waiting for a Prince by K.C. Wells
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Mark is getting by and while he knows the guy is there with his girlfriend he can't help but notice the guy is a picture of his perfect fantasy. But we can see that Mark is practical and realistic. When he see the interaction of Sam with his girlfriend though it causes his own flashback and he is concerned. The fantasy becomes instead friendship and Mark continues to worry about Sam but when ever he gets to close to sharing real emotion he has to deal with Sam shutting down. Sam seems to be having trouble coping with what life has handed him. But Mark's friendship allows him to gain strength and to reach out for help when it's needed. From there things become better for both of these wonderful men.
