A Strong Hand by Catt Ford
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I love it when you pick up a bunch of books at once so that when you start reading you have the pleasure of being totally surprised but what you find.
It's surprising what creating photos for a catalog can whip up between people. Damien doesn't play anymore because he is caught up in his craft but you can tell it has more to do with not being hurt again. Nick doesn't even have a clue about any of what he's seeing from what things do, the bdsm lifestyle, or evening being into men. And yet they are brought together in a way that is most perfect.
Also, the side characters such as Ashley and Derek have their own new thing going on. But Nick is even helped and learns lessons from his interaction some of the other more minor characters as well.
It was a joy to see these men work things out between themselves and to realize that top or bottom they actually have the same fears and worries about what is in the future. The best part is realizing that the are in it together.
